Deep Dive: Meet the NAR REACH Class of 2026. (They’re Going Places.)
Every year Second Century Ventures selects companies for their REACH accelerator. I’m honored to be a Strategic Advisor for the program, which gives me an inside look into each company.
And here’s the deal: This year's class actually solves real, boring, expensive problems — compliance, HOA docs, manufactured housing, tool sprawl. It’s been wild to get under the hood with these founders and realize that ALL of these companies are poised for success.
Let's get into it.
Ai.realestate (AiRE)
AiRE takes your brokerage's messy, unstructured data and fuses it with property, mortgage, and client life intel to build a living database that tells you who's primed and ready to transact — before they call you.
Best for: Brokerages and sales teams sitting on a graveyard of neglected CRM data.
Impact: If it works as advertised, it turns "dead leads" into your next closing. Every database can become a pipeline. Yes, even yours.
Association Online (AO)
A comprehensive HOA data and transparency platform that gets you accurate association docs fast, so HOA transactions stop stalling at the closing table (and you don’t get sued post-closing).
Best for: Agents and title companies who've ever lost a week of their life waiting on an HOA to fax back a resale certificate.
Impact: 25% of the homes in the US are in a HOA. And the delays in getting documentation are a silent deal-killer nobody talks about. Fix the data lag, fix the close timeline.
BrokerBot
Enterprise-grade AI teammates that handle admin, training, compliance, and agent Q&A — plugged directly into your existing brokerage stack.
Best for: Any brokerage that wants to scale support without scaling headcount (so, every brokerage).
Impact: Back-office relief at scale. Less time on paperwork, more time on the phone with clients.
LotRoll
9% of the homes that are sold in this country are considered manufactured housing. The challenge is that the market has never had the data, infrastructure, and tools that you need to easily access that market. Lotroll fixes that, and even generates leads that it gives to the agents that are part of their program.
Best for: Agents, investors, and lenders working in manufactured housing, one of the most overlooked corners of American real estate.
Impact: Roughly 85% of manufactured home sales never touch an MLS. LotRoll wants to be the MLS this segment never had.
MaxHome.ai
A transaction intelligence platform that automates the compliance and workflow grind of contract-to-close.
Best for: Brokerages buried in manual compliance checks and repetitive transaction admin.
Impact: Claims to automate 70%+ of transaction management tasks. If that number holds up at scale, it means hours back in every agent's week.
StackWrap
A command center that wraps your entire tech stack — every tool, every login — into one secure dashboard, with visibility into what your agents are actually using.
Best for: Brokerages that bought fifteen tools, use four of them, and have no idea which ones their agents like best.
Impact: Tech adoption is a bigger problem than tech selection. StackWrap attacks the "we bought it but nobody uses it" tax that's quietly draining brokerage budgets everywhere.
